10 December

Annual Christmas Fundraiser & Awards Banquet @ the  American Legion Post #64, 1770 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY  14220

Arrival Time 1100

Uniform of the day:

Officers – Dress blues

Sea Cadets – Dress Blues if you have none; wear utilities.

League Cadets – Salt and Peppers (long sleeves for winter)

11 December

Buffalo NOSC

        Report Time 0745

   Dismissal 1545

Uniform of the day:

Officers – Khaki’s or Johnny Cash

Sea Cadets – Dress Blues

League Cadets – Salt and Peppers (long sleeves for winter)

You must have PT gear, utilities, pen paper etc….

Overnight Sea Bag List

This List only Applies for the Months April - October!

 DO NOT I Stress DO NOT! Pack an OVERNIGHT Sea Bag for when we Drill at the NOSC!

·         Bring all your normal gear which includes utilities, sneakers, pens, paper, and PT gear.

·         Pack the following items:

·         Extra underwear, tee shirt & socks (both black and white)

·         Most cadets sleep in their PT gear or bring sweats to sleep in

·         Bring a towel/ wash cloth, soap, tooth brush & paste, comb, shampoo & deodorant.

·         Sleeping Bag/Blanket & pillow

·         Make sure you have your utility jacket in May it can still get cold at night and @ 0600 when you get up!

HOLIDAY PARTY & AWARDS DINNER

AMERICAN LEGION POST #64

10 DECEMBER, 2011

Hi Everyone,

The Sullivan’s Division/Training Ship Little Rock annual Holiday Party and Awards Dinner is already shaping up to be a great event.  Here’s what we’ve planned so far.

Ø  Reservations may be made by calling Mrs. Pawli at 892-0769 or by email at mdpawli@msn.com  by November Drill.  Payment must be made when making reservations. Reservations are mandatory this year! CASH ONLY, NO CHECKS

Ø  Tickets are $10.00 per person (Children under 3 free.)

Ø  On December 10, Cadets and Staff are to arrive at the American Legion Post #64, 1770 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY  14220. (822-6400)  no later than 1100

Ø  We could still use a few more Basket donations for the Auction if you are able to bring a gift basket or monetary donations for our Chinese Auction to November drill it would be appreciated.

Ø  Dinner will start at 1315

Ø  Chinese Auction gift basket tickets and Split Club Tickets will be sold.

Annual Christmas Banquet – 10-DEC-11 @ 1100 looking for 5 cadets to do a Color guard at the banquet.

 I also need 2 cadets to do the POW table. (One cadet to read and the other cadet to preform the actions for the table)
